Mr. Lee is a seasoned industry leader with more than 35 years of executive management and leadership experience across a wide range of enterprise solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. He has spent the past two decades driving innovation and accelerating drug development for the life sciences industry. Mr. Lee most recently served as president and chief executive officer of PHT Corporation, a leading provider of electronic clinical outcome assessments solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry, which was acquired in 2015 by ERT, a leading provider of patient data collection services. Mr. Lee's prior executive management positions included serving as president of eXcelon Corporation and as president and CEO of Clinsoft.
